00Summary
We collect payment before a placement goes live, so this policy is written to be just as clean in the other direction. In plain terms: if a link we place is removed or deindexed inside your coverage window, we replace it at equal or higher verified authority at no cost. If a placement you paid for is never delivered, you get a full refund. Once a link is live and verified to your order, the placement work is done and that fee is no longer refundable, though the replacement guarantee still protects it for the full window.
The sections below define each of those outcomes, the timelines that apply, and the exact steps to open a claim. This policy applies to every order placed with Apex Tech Solutions LLC and forms part of our Terms of Service. Terms written in bold are defined where they first appear.
This policy is operated by Apex Tech Solutions LLC, registered address and is governed by the laws of governing state / jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy removes any right you have under mandatory consumer law that cannot be waived by agreement.
01The replacement guarantee
Every placement we deliver carries a coverage window: a fixed period, stated on your order at the time of purchase, during which we keep watch on the live link. If, inside that window, a link we placed is removed, switched to nofollow, or the page it sits on is deindexed or goes dead, the placement qualifies for replacement under this guarantee.
When a placement qualifies, we source and deliver a replacement on a site of equal or higher verified authority at no additional charge. Authority here means the same metrics the original placement was sold on: verified organic traffic and niche fit first, with Domain Rating read as a secondary signal, never the headline. We will not substitute a weaker site and treat the obligation as met. A replacement carries its own fresh coverage window from the date it goes live.
How a drop is detected
We re-check every live placement on a recurring schedule for the full length of its coverage window. The check confirms the link is still present, still dofollow, still pointing where it should, and that the host page is still indexed and returning a healthy status. We act on what those checks find, and you are free to verify any placement yourself, at any time, in your own tools. A drop you find and report is treated exactly the same as one our own monitoring catches.
What the replacement guarantee does not cover
- Removals or changes that you, your agency, or a third party acting for you requested or caused, including edits to the live article after delivery.
- The host site going entirely offline, being sold, or shutting down for reasons outside a normal editorial decision. In these cases we replace where we can and refer to the dispute process where a like-for-like replacement is not available.
- Anchor text or destination URL changes you ask for after a placement is live. Those are handled as a new request, not a guarantee claim.
- Anything occurring after the coverage window has closed.
02Full refund if a placement is never delivered
If we accept an order and the placement is never delivered, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for that placement. Delivered means the link is live on the agreed site and we have confirmed it is indexed and dofollow, with the live URL handed to you. Until that point the placement is not delivered, and your payment is fully refundable.
This is the clean counterpart to collecting payment up front. There is no restocking fee, no store credit you can only spend with us, and no deposit quietly held against a future order. The outcomes are binary: money in and link live, or money back.
The same applies if the specific site you ordered cannot be secured and you do not want an alternative. We will always offer a replacement option of equal or higher verified authority first. If none fits your needs, the fee for that placement is refunded in full.
03What is non-refundable once a placement is live and verified
Once a placement is live and verified to your order, the fee for that placement is no longer refundable. Live and verified means the link is published on the agreed site, indexed, dofollow, pointing to your destination with the agreed anchor, and the live URL has been delivered to you.
The reason is straightforward. The work you paid for is the placement itself: securing the site, getting the content published, and confirming the link meets spec. At the moment it is verified live, that work is complete and the cost on the supply side has already been incurred and cannot be reversed. A delivered placement is not a subscription you can cancel and claw back.
What replaces a refund at that stage is the replacement guarantee in Section 01. For the full length of your coverage window, a live placement that later drops, turns nofollow, or deindexes is repaired or replaced at our cost. You are not left without protection once the link is live; the form of that protection simply shifts from a refund to a guaranteed replacement.
For clarity, the following are not grounds for a refund of a live, verified placement:
- A change in your own strategy, campaign, or budget after delivery.
- The placement not producing a ranking, traffic, or revenue result. See Section 04.
- A drop, deindex, or nofollow event inside the window, which is handled by replacement rather than refund.
- Edits you or a third party make to the live placement after it was delivered to spec.
04Rankings are never guaranteed and are not grounds for a refund
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic to your site, leads, or revenue, and we never will. Any vendor who promises a position on Google is selling a story. Rankings move on hundreds of signals we do not own, including your own on-page work, your competitors, and algorithm updates nobody sees coming.
Because of this, ranking outcomes are explicitly not a basis for a refund or a guarantee claim. A placement that is live, indexed, dofollow, and on a real site with verified traffic has met the spec you paid for, regardless of what your rankings do afterward. Our obligation is to keep your link live, clean, and within spec for the coverage window. What that link does for your rankings is downstream of factors outside this contract, and we will not pretend otherwise to win or keep an order.
05Dispute and claim process and timelines
We would rather fix a problem than argue about it. Most claims are resolved fastest by contacting us directly before anything else. The process and the timelines we hold ourselves to are below.
- You open a claim. Email us with the order reference and the details listed in Section 06. A claim for a dropped or deindexed link must be raised inside the placement's coverage window.
- We acknowledge. We confirm receipt of your claim, typically within one to two business days, and tell you what, if anything, we still need from you.
- We verify. We re-check the placement against our records and our own monitoring to confirm the issue and whether it falls inside the coverage window. This usually takes a few business days, depending on the host site.
- We resolve. A qualifying dropped or deindexed link is repaired or replaced at equal or higher verified authority. An undelivered placement is refunded in full. We aim to resolve a confirmed claim within seven to fourteen business days, and longer only where sourcing a like-for-like replacement genuinely requires it. We keep you updated if it does.
The day counts above are the targets we work to in good faith, not contractual deadlines, and they can move when a host site or a third party is slow to respond. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless that is not possible, in which case we agree an alternative with you. Time for the funds to appear depends on your provider and is outside our control. See Section 07.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us almost always slows a resolution down rather than speeding it up. Once a third-party dispute is open, the funds are frozen by the processor and we are limited to responding through their channel. Reaching us first is faster for everyone.
06How to file a claim
Send your claim to [email protected] with the subject line Refund / guarantee claim. To let us resolve it on the first pass, include:
- Your order reference and the email address the order was placed under.
- The live URL of the placement, or the site and order it relates to if the link was never delivered.
- What went wrong: link removed, switched to nofollow, page deindexed, page returning an error, or placement never delivered.
- The date you noticed the issue, and any evidence you already have, such as a screenshot or the result from your own SEO tool.
- Whether you would prefer a replacement or, where eligible, a refund.
You do not need to run any checks before contacting us. The list above only helps us move faster; a short note with your order reference is enough to open a claim, and we will request anything else we need.
07Payment-method-specific notes
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method wherever possible. How quickly the funds land, and the exact mechanics, depend on how you paid.
- Card and standard processors. Refunds are returned to the card or account used. Your bank or processor controls how long it takes to appear, often several business days. We have no visibility into that step once the refund is issued on our side.
- Bank transfer. Refunds are sent back to the originating account. We may ask you to confirm the receiving details before sending, and any intermediary or correspondent bank fees are outside our control.
- Cryptocurrency. Where an order was paid in crypto, refunds are issued in the same asset to a wallet address you confirm, valued at the equivalent of the amount we received. Because crypto prices move, the asset amount returned may differ from the amount originally sent even when the underlying value is matched. Network fees are deducted from the refunded amount. We are not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect wallet address you provide.
Whatever the method, the principle is the same: an approved refund returns the amount you paid for the affected placement, less only fees imposed by a network or intermediary that we do not collect or control.
08Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the business and its supply arrangements evolve. The version that applies to your order is the one in effect on the date you placed it, and we will keep prior terms on record. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
Questions about this policy, or a claim to open, go to [email protected]. For formal legal notices, contact legal-notice contact. This policy should be read alongside our Guarantee, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
A policy is only worth the part you can hold us to.
This one is written around what we control: a live link, kept clean, replaced if it drops, refunded if it never ships. Read the plain-language version, then start an order with the numbers in front of you.
